I am working as a Departmental Postman. I applied for a two-day earned leave request 16 days ago, but I have not received any response regarding my leave request. I would like to know within how many days an earned leave request must be granted or denied. Additionally, I need to know whether I am required to find and arrange a Gramin Dak Sevak substitute myself in order for the leave to be granted by the inspector.
