I resigned with immediate effect on 31/03/2025 after my employer gave me a choice between immediate resignation or termination. I chose to resign, and they promised to clear my salary by 08/04/2025. However, as of 29/04/2025, I have not received my salary. They are not answering my calls or responding to my messages. I found out through former employees that they have done the same with others. How can I claim my pending salary and full settlement from my employer, as I am now facing financial difficulties in paying my EMIs?
