In the first week of February 2025, after two rounds of interviews, an MNC’s HR called me to Pune for 'joining'. They never sent an official offer letter, so I had doubts. I submitted all my bills, and for two months, HR said the reimbursement (₹22,000) was in process. I even received an apology email saying the payment would come by March-end. Now, the HR is not responding to my calls, SMS, or emails. I have been unemployed for six months and have health issues. I'm from Madhya Pradesh, and the company office is in Pune. What can I do legally?
