Can a domestic violence case be withdrawn?

Because of a very big misunderstanding with my husband I applied for divorce a year back and filed domestic violence case against him. Now my husband is in abroad and he convincing me that he will take a good care of myself and my kid. Hereafter he wont throw me out of the house. So, I decided to withdraw my divorce case in the high court. But now I'm totally confused on how to decide on domestic violence case. Can anyone please help me out to get a solution. only one hearing I attended in DVC case.
