How can I perform Inter-religion court marriage?

As we belong to 2 religion, Hindu n Christian. We opt for court marriage, Also one of our parents are not giving our side, My question is how inter religion marriage in Special marriage Act could be possible ? Pls do reply , as there is no one to guide us properly
