- Address & Resident Proof in India
- Passport
- Age Proof or, Birth Certificate
- VISA
- Marital Status Proof
- Court marriage takes around 30-40 days. But, the Marriage registration process takes only 2-3 Hours.
- No Objection Certificate from the embassy
- In case of a previous marriage, death certificate & divorce certificate
