Hello, my partner and I want to live together in a relationship at his house. However, my family has threatened to harm us if they find out that I am talking to him. In this situation, if we live together, will the police protect us? Will they help us?
In India, living together in a relationship is legally allowed. If you are facing threats or harassment from family members, you can approach the police for protection.
