IPC Section 42 - Meaning Of "Local Law"

IPC Section 42 states that - the term "LOCAL LAW" denotes a particular law to govern the particular area of India.

• This law governs the actions, events & acts of a particular local area of India.
• Local laws are not applicable all over India rather they are applicable to a particular part of India.
