IPC Section 8 - Gender " He " Used In IPC

Section 8 of the IPC states that - the pronoun, "he" & its derivates mentioned in the Indian Penal Code is used for any person whether it is male or female. 

This section helps to understand the other laws & sections in the Indian Penal Code. 

In any section, if the term 'he' or its derivatives is used in the IPC then, we can understand that it can be male or female.
