Due to financial problems, I had to stop attending college. When I called the college, I received no response. The college has kept my original documents, and I want them to return my documents. I have already paid 90% of the fee, but the college is not returning my documents.
If the college refuses to return your documents, you can send a legal notice requesting the return of your documents. If the college continues to refuse, you can approach the consumer forum for relief or file a case in the civil court for recovery of documents and the remaining fee. Document evidence of payment and communication will support your case. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
