I had IVF treatment in 2019 at Iswarya Hospital, Coimbatore, and due to COVID, the treatment was discontinued. I visited the hospital multiple times to collect my records so I can continue treatment at a different hospital. They are delaying and not providing the proper documents, even after more than a month of trying. Is there any legal way to complain about the hospital and get my documents?
