Sir, I lost a huge amount of money in online gaming about six months ago. How can I get my money back? Currently, I have no money to hire a lawyer. I borrowed a large amount as a loan, and now my situation is very bad. At one point, I even considered suicide, but my family saved me from that step. Is it possible to recover the money through a police complaint? I cannot pay any fees to a lawyer. My English is not very good, please help me. Sometimes I won a small amount, but overall, I lost all my family’s savings and borrowed money from friends as well. Sir, please help me, my situation is very bad.
Recovering money lost in gaming is difficult because most platforms have disclaimers. But if the platform cheated or was illegal, you can file a cybercrime complaint with proof. Visit cybercrime.gov.in or your local cyber police station. Legal aid services can help you for free, so you don’t need to pay a lawyer. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
