Is it legal to fly drone near airport?

You generally cannot fly drones near airports in India, as they fall under no-fly zones or restricted areas. You need to obtain permission from the Digital Sky Platform for yellow zones (controlled airspace) and cannot fly in red zones (strictly no-fly zones). You can also consult local authorities to ensure safe and legal flying. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
