I want to buy a property in Hyderabad, but 20 percent of the share is in Grand son name and stays at America. He has no problem in giving his share to the grandmother but not possible to come to India. I want that it would be a clean property if 100 percent is in name of only grandmother.

To get the 100% share in the property you need that person to come to india to get those property registered on your name he physical presence and signature is mandatory
