Can I sue my father for financial support and defamation?

My parents divorced when I was a minor, and now I am 24 years old and unmarried. Since the divorce, my father has not taken any responsibility for me. He has recently received retirement benefits and owns a self-acquired house, but he does not provide any financial support and is not caring for me, despite my health issues, which stem from my father's family history. Additionally, he is defaming me in society by claiming that I am trying to kill him for the retirement money. Can I sue him for failing to provide support for my education, financial needs, and marriage expenses?
