My late wife left behind several land parcels in Tamil Nadu. My youngest son, Dr. Dayalan Srinivasan, along with his two brothers, wishes to apply for a Legal Heir Certificate and sell the lands located in Kallakurichi District, Tamil Nadu. To sell the land, first apply for a Legal Heir Certificate from the Tahsildar office in Kallakurichi using the death certificate and family documents. All legal heirs must be included.
