Is restitution allowed under Section 144 of CPC?

Decree is in favour but application for Restituation under section 144 of C.P.C has been rejected. High court has made temporary arrangement to different side rather than suit property. Now decree is in favour and awarded the suit property. and also mention the specific property directions also. now unable to take that particular position records High Court shifted to particular corner to get that awarded degree property file suit for institution and it was rejected now what will be the next step please guide me.
