Sir Good morning 🙏🏻 I have taken advance of 18 lakhs in April 2021 from a buyer to sell my property. The agreement time is 6 months , in-between we came to know our property is in problem i informed him and i said i will give your amount back in 4 month of agreement. He rejected it and Now he is asking me to pay 2 rupees per 100 for a total of 18 lakhs. Now it is not my mistake what will be court intrest if a anyone of us files civil suit . Please guide me sir

There must be a agreement between the builder and you and if the clause says to pay the interest then you have to pay the amount and if not then you are not authosried to pay such interest.
