My Grandfather's land sold by my father without letting family members

I was studying my schooling, that time my father has sold my grandfather's land to the other person. My father is not mentally and physically fit. They took the land from my father with his signature only, No one has informed that to my mother and relatives. Because of my father's condition, my mother took the responsibility of my family
