Transfered amount online for buying land to builder. Builder delay to give registration. Hence we cancelled our plan for buying that land and ask to refund the amount. Now that builder is delaying the refund. Only 65% amount is recovered in last 11 months. How to handle this legally ? Can I do FIR to recover my amount.

The first step you should do id that call on our helpline number and then we will help you in sending legal notice to the builder for the recovery of money and if then also builder refuses to pay the amount the recovery suit will be executed against that builder.
