Our building has not received OC nor the society is registered or formed. So the building is run by the people of builders. They are only allowing the cars to come into the society who have bought the parking. We own a 1bhk flat and have not bought the parking so they are not allowing our car to enter the society.
Sir, once the builder passes over the property to the society, the parking space becomes under common area and will be managed by the society. To get your complaint addressed on this matter, you can bring up this matter with the society as well or take them to the consumer forum for further remedy and may perhaps take the developer to court of law.
