IPC Section 102 - Commencement and continuance of the right of private defence of the body

IPC Section 102 states that - The right to private defence of the body starts whenever there is a realization of danger to the body from any attempt or threat for committing any offence. 

• The right to private defence of the body continues until the threat to the body of someone.
