IPC Section 52 - Meaning Of "Good Faith" In IPC

IPC Section 52 states that - all the acts which are done or believed without care & attention are said to be in the "GOOD FAITH".

• We can conclude that all the acts which are performed with care & attention are said to be in "Good Faith".
