IPC Section 20 - Meaning Of "Court Of Justice"

IPC Section 20 states that - the word "Court Of Justice" means one or more judges which are authorized by law to act judicially alone or as a body.

• When one judge is authorized by law to act judicially alone
• When two or more judges are authorized by law to act judicially as a body
