IPC Section 27 - " Property In Control Of Wife, Clerk Or Servant"

IPC Section 27 states that - If the wife, clerk, or servant of a person is in the possession of that person's property, we can say that the property is in the person's possession. 

• Person Possession Of Property = Wife / Clerk / Servant Possession Of Property
• As per this section, a servant or clerk is someone who is employed by the person
