Dear client, Ensure the proper legal representation is followed in this. Since your brother is a minor, proceedings will go through the Juvenile Justice Board. Even if compensation is settled, criminal proceedings will continue, so, cooperate with the investigation, submit the documents and seek bail or relief. Follow your lawyer's guidance for further hearings and compliance to get better relief. May this help and if you have any further issues do not hesitate to contact us.

Since your brother is a minor, the next step is to ensure that the matter is handled in a juvenile court, where a case will be filed under the Juvenile Justice Act. Even though compensation has been mutually settled, the court will still assess the case and determine the appropriate legal action. It's important to consult a lawyer to guide you through the juvenile legal process and ensure all necessary documentation is in place. Keep the settlement agreement safe for reference during legal proceedings.

Since your brother is a minor, the legal process will be handled differently. First, ensure that the compensation agreement is documented properly. Even though you have settled, the FIR will still need to go through legal proceedings. You should seek help from a lawyer to ensure the settlement is legally binding. The court may consider a juvenile court for your brother’s case. It is essential to have legal representation to ensure that the settlement is fair and that your brother's rights are protected.
