Dear client, yes, you can do a court marriage. In India, the legal age is 21 years for men and 18 years for women. Under the law, since you are 30 years of age and the goal is 24 years, both of you meet the legal requirements.  You can proceed with court marriage under the Special Marriage Act 1954 by giving notice and completing the required formalities May this help and if you have any further issues do not hesitate to contact us.

There’s no legal issue. You are 30 and the girl is 24, so both are adults and can be get married with mutual consent under an appropriate act by visiting marriage registrar office. The required documents are proof of age and residence, passport sized photographs and an affidavit. It is advised to consult an expert lawyer who will assist you with the smooth procedure of court marriage. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
