Bond/Agreement in Indian company

Hi Team, I have joined a company which is an Indian branch of a prominent machine tools company in main branch Germany. Upon joining I have to sign an agreement with the company that I will be staying with them for 3 years and upon breaking the terms I will need to pay the 2 times the amount they had spent on me on sending me to Germany to their Head office. The visit to German office is on Business visa to interact with the users and teams there and it was not training and it did not add any value to me. But they have mentioned in the offer letter and agreement as training. Now that I got an offer with another company, can i switch to the new company without any paying?

Sir, if you have agreed on all the terms and condition at the time of signing of agreement then you need to abide with it or you have to pay the particular amount which is called liquidated damages. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
