Dear Client, If a service provider breaches a valid one-year contract, first check its termination and dispute-resolution clauses. You may issue a legal notice demanding performance or compensation. Depending on the contract and circumstances, you may claim damages under Section 73 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, or seek appropriate relief under the Specific Relief Act, 1963. Thank you for contacting us. If you have any further queries, kindly do not hesitate to contact us again. Thank you!

Hello sir,

If the service provider has breached the contract then the person who has suffered the loss can  sue for the compensation of damges under section 73 of the Indian Contract Act, also at the time when the party of the contract has  not fullfilled his/her duty, they can also file a suit for injuction to compensiate the loss.
