Contract breach by service provider
What are the legal options if the service provider is breaching the contract of 1 year legal binding.
Dear Client, If a service provider breaches a valid one-year contract, first check its termination and dispute-resolution clauses. You may issue a legal notice demanding performance or compensation. Depending on the contract and circumstances, you may claim damages under Section 73 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, or seek appropriate relief under the Specific Relief Act, 1963. Thank you for contacting us. If you have any further queries, kindly do not hesitate to contact us again. Thank you!
