Legal suggestion about loan taken by family member
Hi, we are a family of 03 brothers and my mother is Railway family pensioner, my elder brother without informing any family members, he took loan of Rs. 3 lacs from individual financer, by submitting cheq books and atm card. Now my brother is absconding, they are asking us to pay the amount or else they will write letter to bank for settlement of loan. Pls help what to do?
