Gifting a ancestor property

My Grand father expired without making any will. at present there are 10 legal heir. out of them 6 members are agree to gift their share to only one person and other reaming 3 persons want their own share in term of money. how to resolve this case legally.

If there is legal heirs all the property will be distributed equally among the heirs, and those who don't want their share can leave their property or they can go on for the partition and when the share is recieved,  she/he can further gift to the property to whoever they want.
