How to prove innocence if falsely accused by others?

What if everyone thinks that an innocent person is a stalker or a sadist? How can he prove his innocence? Sometimes, due to family problems, responsibilities, or financial issues, people are unable to handle life’s challenges. This leads many to consider suicide as a way out. Please suggest some legal advice or support available for such situations. Kindly respond to these questions, as they are real issues I am facing, and they are affecting my ability to concentrate on my studies.

If you are wrongly accused, collect any proof like messages, calls, or CCTV footage to show your innocence. File a police complaint for defamation or harassment. You can also approach the Human Rights Commission. Don’t stay silent, legal action can help clear your name and protect your mental health.
