How to register the remaining 4 Guntas from sale agreement?
On 14/11/2022, our client entered into a sale agreement (Agreement Number 542/1/C) for 0.12 Guntas of land worth ₹25,00,000. I have completed registration for 8 Guntas, but the remaining 4 Guntas have not been registered. The land's value is ₹25,00,000, so each Gunta costs ₹2,08,333. I have paid ₹18,24,166, but the remaining due amount is ₹6,75,834. How should I proceed to pay the remaining amount? Please help.
