What should I do if Navy officer threatens my life?

I am a sailor in the Indian Navy. I complained against my commanding officer, Lieutenant Commander Devendra Verma. He has threatened to kill me and is mentally harassing me. He also threatens to send me to a psychiatrist and label me mentally ill. He said he has a pistol and will shoot me, and no one can stop him. He also threatens to call me a threat to the ship to justify shooting me.

Your commanding officer’s threats are serious. Immediately report in writing to the Navy authorities or higher command. You can also file a complaint with the Armed Forces Tribunal or seek protection orders. Mental harassment and threats are punishable offenses. Don’t hesitate to get legal help for your safety.
