How can I pay a fine with a digitally impounded license?

I received a drink driving challan on January 17th. When I visit the e-challan website, it shows the amount as 0. However, my license has been digitally impounded. How can I pay the fine?

Visit your local Regional Transport Office (RTO) or contact their helpline to get the precise challan details and payment instructions, as the zero amount on the e-challan website might indicate a technical issue. Alternatively, check with the local traffic police who issued the challan to clarify the payment process and resolve the digital license impoundment.
