Can he expose my affair and retrieve call data for blackmail?.

I want to divorce my husband because I do not like him and know he has cheated on me multiple times, but I cannot get evidence. He does not want to divorce me, so I started an affair. Recently, he found out and has been blackmailing me, threatening to expose me in front of my parents and society, claiming that a man can have affairs but a woman cannot. He says he can retrieve my call data and hurt my family and me. Can he really do this, and what should I do?

If your husband is blackmailing you, you should file a police report for blackmail and threats. Evidence like texts, call recordings, or threats will support your case. In divorce proceedings, you don’t have to fear exposure if you are being harassed. Consult a divorce lawyer to help you navigate the situation legally.
