Hi, I came to Canada as student and invited my husband on Spousal visa. We often get into arguments and fights, as 11 years of marriage and no kids. We got divorced in Canada. His family house in India has all my furniture, clothes, jewelry, bank copies, and all gifts received during marriage. We got divorced in Dec 2022. Can I claim my belongings from his house?
