Can I get custody, dowry back after abusive marriage?
Hello Sir, I want to separate from my husband, who abuses me verbally and does not treat me with respect. We got married in 2021 and have a 7-month-old baby boy. Can I get custody of my child after divorce? Also, my family gave them dowry worth ₹3 lakhs and some gold. Can I claim the dowry back?
