Can I remarry after filing a triple talaq and dowry case?

I lived in Dubai with my husband. He gave me divorce (talaq) three times according to Muslim law. I waited for him to return, but he didn't. He also hasn't returned my dowry for the past two years. I filed a case under Section 498. Can I get remarried during this process without any problems? I also filed a case related to triple talaq.

You cannot remarry until the divorce process is legally complete. As the triple talaq case is still ongoing, you should consult a family lawyer to ensure your remarriage complies with Muslim personal law and the court's decision regarding your divorce and dowry recovery.
