Can parent claim son's property or belongings after independence?

A 65-year-old parent cannot legally claim their independent adult son's property unless it was gifted or inherited from the parent. However, under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents Act, the parent can seek financial support if neglected. The parent has no right to forcibly take property from a self-earning son.
