Hi Team, I got married in Hyderabad, India in 2009. I am currently staying in Dallas, Texas, USA. I am going through a divorce in the USA. Would like to know if a Mutual Divorce Decree of USA is Valid in INDIA? Also would like to know if any procedure to be followed as per Indian law to legalize it.
