Is my marriage void or do I need a divorce?
I married a Romanian national (foreigner) in May 2016 under the Fourth Schedule, Section 11, in the presence of the Deputy Commissioner in Amritsar, Punjab. We have never lived together since 2016. Is this a void marriage, or do I need a divorce for it?
