Is the GWOP case maintainable if I live in Hyderabad?

I am from Hyderabad and married 13 years ago to my husband from Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. I endured physical abuse and filed a 498A complaint in Hyderabad police station a year ago. We have two daughters, aged 11 and 3, who reside and study in Hyderabad for the past year. The kids' Aadhar and passport list Hyderabad as their address. We mostly lived in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and only resided in India during vacations. My husband has filed an RCR and GWOP case in his home city, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. Please let me know the maintainability of the GWOP case. I received a summon notice but didn’t attend; the case is pending with new summon dates. It’s difficult for me to travel with my daughters for court hearings.
