What are the legal steps to annul a marriage?

On 25th December 2022, I married a girl. Before the marriage, her family told us that she was 20 years old and a graduate (I was 20 years old at the time of marriage). One year after marriage, I discovered that the girl is actually 24 years old and only a 12th-grade pass. Now, after learning this, I want to cancel the marriage, but the girl and her family have refused and threatened to file a dowry case against us. They have also given me and my family numerous threats, including threatening calls, and mentally harassed me. I am looking for the best legal advice for my case.

You can file for annulment of marriage due to fraud, as the girl's age and education were misrepresented. For the threats and mental harassment, file a police complaint under criminal intimidation and cruelty. Gather evidence of threats for a strong case. Consult a lawyer for further legal steps.
