What can I do about dowry and hidden marriage?

Sir, I got married in March 2015. After the wedding, frequent disputes began. Several panchayats were held, and once my wife's family physically assaulted me. She has been living with her parents for 8 years now. We have a child, and I recently discovered she was already married earlier, which she hid. For the past 3 years, cases of dowry, domestic violence, and maintenance are ongoing in court. Please help, I am under great stress.
