What to do if husband filed a false cruelty case?

There were husband and wife living with each other having a son and soon after the baby husband started treating his wife with cruelty , but there was no complaint made regarding that by wife, after that the wife filed a false case against the husband from which the husband got acquitted and was proved that the allegations were false and there was no mental or physical cruelty by husband , now the husband filed the divorce under the ground of cruelty , argue from the appellant side .
