What to do if wife demands custody during divorce?
I’m contesting divorce with my wife. She agreed to mutual divorce but now wants custody of our 11-year-old son and maintenance. I’m unemployed, my son stays with me and doesn’t want to go. Can I delay counselling or file custody?
