Which e-filing category for mutual divorce waiver application?

My mutual divorce petition has already been filed, and the next hearing date is after the mandatory 6-month period. I want to file a waiver application via e-filing but I’m unsure under which category it should be filed — “producing documents,” “application,” or some other type under interlocutory applications.

To file a waiver of the 6-month cooling period, choose “Interlocutory Application” or “IA” in the e-filing portal. Then mention it's a waiver under Section 13B(2) of the Hindu Marriage Act. Attach both parties’ affidavits stating mutual consent and reasons for urgency. A family court lawyer can guide you through submission format.
