What gratuity will I receive after resigning from my company?
I resigned from my previous company in December 2023 after completing 6 years and 10 months there. The company is 8 years old and implemented gratuity in April 2023. My question is, will I receive gratuity for 6 years and 10 months, or only for the period from April to December when the company implemented gratuity?
