Can court marriage application be done without both partners present?
I want to do a court marriage, but my boyfriend is in the Indian Army and can only be present on the day of marriage. Can I apply for the court marriage alone, or is his presence required during the application process as well?

Both parties must be physically present during application and solemnization of the marriage. If your partner is unable to attend beforehand, you can schedule the process to match his availability.
